Impact-Oriented Women: Career Acceleration Program

adesso Turkey launched the "Impact- Oriented Women: Career Acceleration Program", in cooperation with the International Federation of Business and Professional Women - Istanbul branch (BPW International). The starting point of the project was the fact that only 1 out of 10 software developers in Turkey is female. The project aims to empower women by presenting them the opportunity to identify and work on their development areas and to come up with an individual development plan before they apply for a real IT job. (Note: At adesso Turkey 36% of all employees are women).
